Who we are
This site is operated by Sovereignty Industrial Suites, LLC d/b/a Walkon Industrial Suites, Texas ("Walkon," "we" or "us"). Contact Richmond at richmond@industrialsuites.com with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect
When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the information you provide:
- Contact details: your name, email address, optional phone number and optional business name.
- Space requirements: property of interest, preferred city or area, an optional specific property or address, shortlisted spaces, space needed, timing, intended business use, optional budget and business history, property requirements and tour preferences.
- Source information: how you found us, the listing reference and referral or campaign information associated with your visit.
- Text-message choice: whether you check the optional box agreeing to inquiry-related text messages. We keep this choice separately from your phone number.
We store submitted inquiries in our private website inbox, including a receipt reference, submission time, source page and your text-message choice. We also keep the messages and information you choose to share during follow-up. Please do not use the inquiry form to send Social Security numbers, bank account details, credit reports or other sensitive financial documents; ask us for an appropriate way to provide them if needed.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand your business and space needs, discuss properties, arrange tours and manage leasing follow-up. We also use source and website activity information to understand which listings and channels bring inquiries, improve the site and protect it from misuse.
Submitting an inquiry asks us to respond about space. It does not by itself give permission for marketing text messages.
HighLevel, LeadConnector and cookies
We use HighLevel, including LeadConnector services, to collect and manage inquiries in our customer relationship management system. Our inquiry pages load HighLevel’s website tracking script, which can collect page visits, form interactions, referral information and identifiers stored in cookies or browser storage to connect an inquiry with website activity.
Our site keeps the first and latest recorded campaign parameters and listing references in your browser for up to 30 days, and can include them with your inquiry. They can also travel with internal links. Your shortlist stores only space references on your device until you clear it or clear site storage. We count listing views, video plays, plan opens, phone-link clicks and other interactions in daily totals by listing and broad source; those counts do not store a visitor identifier or contact details. Hosting and service providers may process ordinary request logs, such as IP address, browser information and access times, to operate and secure their services.
Your choices and opt-outs
- Cookies and tracking: use your browser’s privacy settings to block or delete cookies and site storage, or use a content blocker to limit tracking. Our own campaign storage and interaction counters are disabled when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control; this does not control HighLevel’s separate tracking script. Use “Clear” in the shortlist bar to remove your saved spaces. You can submit an inquiry without HighLevel tracking. If the form cannot save your request, you can email richmond@industrialsuites.com instead.
- Text messages: leave the optional consent box unchecked if you do not want inquiry-related texts. If you opt in, message frequency varies with your inquiry; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact Richmond for help or to withdraw consent. Consent is not a condition of leasing.
- Email and other follow-up: reply to us or email Richmond to ask us to stop further follow-up. If we send an email with an unsubscribe link, you can use that link.
- Your information: email Richmond to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain some records for legal, security or recordkeeping needs.
Deleting browser storage does not delete an inquiry already submitted to us. Contact us if you also want us to review or delete that record.
Who processes your information
Walkon personnel and associates working on your inquiry may access the information needed to respond and arrange a tour. Our service providers, including HighLevel/LeadConnector, website hosting and email providers, process information to support those services; information you send by email is also processed by your email provider.
We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use. Service providers may process this information to deliver messages and manage your inquiry. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect our legal rights and the security of our services.
How long we keep information
We retain inquiry and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage leasing activity, maintain business records and meet legal or security needs. The period depends on the information and the relationship; there is no single retention period for every inquiry.
To limit spam, the website temporarily uses hashed network and email information in short rate-limit windows; expired buckets are cleaned up as traffic arrives. We may retain a limited record of an opt-out so we can honor it. A deletion request may not remove records we need to keep for these purposes, and backups or provider systems may take additional time to update.
